My Story

Adv. Becky Fuhrmann advises companies, organizations, and individuals on data privacy, commercial law, and corporate law. Her work combines legal rigor with business understanding and a practical perspective, recognizing that every legal decision must also account for the client's objectives, needs, and operating environment.

She gained her experience at leading law firms, advising companies, management teams, and businesses on a range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters. Her work included drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on day-to-day business operations, corporate governance, and helping clients meet legal requirements. This experience enables her to identify risks early, present alternatives, and develop legal solutions that support her clients' objectives.

In data privacy, Adv. Fuhrmann has served as a data protection officer (DPO) for large, well-known organizations with complex operations. Her experience includes mapping databases and data processing activities, developing policies and procedures, addressing privacy matters in supplier agreements, and handling requests to exercise rights relating to personal information. Her work connects legal requirements with an organization's working practices, tailoring her advice to the nature of its activities and the risks involved.

Alongside her commercial practice, Adv. Fuhrmann serves as legal adviser to the Din Emet movement. In this role, she advises on the movement's activities and its efforts to promote transparency and establish the truth in legal proceedings, assist people affected by miscarriages of justice, and strengthen public trust in the justice system.
